CEPO FORKLIFTS

So you're considering your first CEPO forklift, the process works very similar to buying a new forklift.

The first step is contacting VCF, you will be issued a dedicated sales liaison, they will do an initial site visit where they will take measurements and make sure that you're getting the correct forklift for your application, during this visit things our sales staff will be checking include the lowest clearance in the building where the forklift will be used, isle width, flooring surfaces, products you will be moving, loading door heights and widths, special requirements the forklift must meet, employee preferences, and continuity with existing equipment.

Once the initial site visit is complete you will be presented with your choice of between 2-5 forklifts that fit your requirements, we are not here to force you to buy a specific unit, and your sales person is not paid on commissions, so choose the unit you feel most comfortable with. We will present you with the options and what sets one apart from the other, our intent is not to use pressure sales tactics but rather to help you choose the equipment that suits your companies individual needs best whether that be from a marketing prospective, a work load perspective or simply a usability one.

Once a forklift is chosen a non-refundable deposit is taken and the build process begins, sometimes the unit you chose is not in our stock locally, this however isn't a problem as any forklift we have quoted is within our supplier network and we are able to ship it directly to us in short order. The forklift once it arrives at our facility will have an initial inspection done one it, this is where we decide what order we will begin the rebuild process and parts will be ordered. The unit then is stripped of all worn parts, paint is removed and hoses and chains replaced. Any parts that are within manufactures specifications will be cleaned and returned to the unit and will also be covered by the same one year industry leading warranty.

the final process is paint, tires, and for electric forklifts the battery of your choosing. To reduce environmental impact we used a direct application as opposed to an aerosol one, this gives the best possible like new finish. After the paint is dry new wheel and tires are installed, and battery installed your forklift then goes through a rigorous quality inspection before being sent directly to you for its first day of operation.
